• In THINK! Office Training - $45.00 per hour or part thereof
• In Home/Office Training - $65.00 per hour or part thereof

• Physical inspection of instrument to assess problem

• 1st 30 minutes $5.00 + $2.00 per 15 minutes thereafter
• Daily Rate (5 Hours maximum) $30.00 or part thereof
• Monthly Rate (1 Hour maximum per day) $40.00

Rates:

• Monthly (1st-31st) $20.00 or
• Monthly (11th - 20th) $15.00 or
• Monthly (21st-31st) $10.00
• WiFi Security Code provided

• Clean out cookies, old files and desk top
• Check Security programs - anti-virus & firewalls
• Check memory & processor and advise on upgrades available

Enhanced Performance Program - $125.00

• Defragmentation of Hard Drives
• Install operating software & installed programs up-dates
• Clean DVD & CD-Rom Drives
• Install additional memory & processors purchased

Additional Work Charged at $65.00 per hour (Minimum Charge $65.00)

Service includes:

• All general repairs other than listed above ($65.00 first hour & $45.00 per hour thereafter)
• Software up-grades (not up-dates) plus price of software
• Hardware up-grades plus price of components
